Best Facebook Groups for Tech Founders

I’m a member of 35 Facebook groups for Tech founders (don’t ask…), but I won’t list all of them here. This is not going to be one of those articles.

Does the word "best" even mean anything? Does the word "best" even mean anything?

That’s because most Facebook groups suck

I don’t know why, maybe it’s the way the interface is constructed, but people tend to write even shorter replies on Facebook than on Twitter.

Still, I did learn a thing or two from there. So without further ado, here is my list of…

The two best Facebook groups

SaaS Growth Hacks

Started in 2016 by Aaron Krall. He bought a list of 10,000 SaaS founders and cold emailed them asking if they would join a group he just started.

Now the group has 20,000 members.

One day I’m reading a case study about a successful startup and the next I see its founder commenting there.

There is a lot of traffic, so it’s hard to get your question past Facebooks lottery/engagement alogirthms.

Join the group.

SaaS Marketer

Started recently by Tom Hunt, the group has 1,750 members. All posts must be approved by the administrator.

The lower traffic and stricter moderation mean that someone might actually read your questions.

When I asked if anyone would be kind enough to give my tool a test drive via video screen sharing three people replied. The best engagement I’ve seen thus far, I’m really grateful.
